Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on sog138 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your sog138 Balance instantly.

sog138 offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's terms page.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during gameplay, sog138 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Balance. Sports betting odds on sog138 are updated in real time and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a Bet ID is issued, the confirmed odds apply. sog138 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were offered due to technical or human error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sog138 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether using the same or different personal details
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 21

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds, pending investigations, and any amounts subject to dispute shall be returned to the Player via their last-used verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

sog138's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sog138 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. sog138 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and restore service promptly.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by sog138 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a sog138 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sog138 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

sog138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sog138 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to their registered address and/or through a notification displayed upon login to the platform.

Your continued use of the sog138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10.
